RBS and Lufthansa Consulting signed the Memorandum of Understanding

Closed Joint-Stock Company “Audit-Consulting Group “Business Systems Development” and Lufthansa Consulting GmbH, the leading international consultant for the aviation sector, entered into the Memorandum of Understanding for joint transportation and aviation projects in Russia and the CIS region.
From now on, the partners will cooperate in consulting for the aviation sector. First of all, Lufthansa Consulting reckons the Legal Consulting Department of RBS to professionally assist in its projects in Russia and the CIS. Joint activities will focus on Airport Development Strategies, Airline Restructuring, Airport Privatization and creation of Special Economic Freeport Zones. Furthermore, working together, the companies will also collaborate with the Federal Air Transport Agency and the regional executive authorities interested in the development of the transport infrastructure and aviation industry.
