Maksim Safonov is a graduate of Saint-Petersburg High Administrative School (Privatization and Financial Management Program) and Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation. He finished a course in Finance and Credit with the Center for Banking Management and completed professional retraining program – Banking/Banking Management – obtaining the EMBA degree.
Maksim has over 10 years of experience in consulting business. His particular expertise is in corporate finance, budgeting, investment policies and banking. Starting from 1999 he occupied top managerial positions in such large organizations as Vnesheconombank, Commercial Bank CentroCredit, Converse Group. Since January 2009 Maksim is the president of RBS-FINANCE.
